Account Development Manager at Wrike - SaaS Career in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This Account Development Manager role at Wrike sits at the intersection of Customer Success and inside sales — a hybrid profile that is increasingly in demand at SaaS companies. With only 1+ year of experience required, it's a strong entry-level-to-mid-level opportunity to build a well-rounded SaaS GTM skill set.
Skills you'll develop:
- Product-led onboarding and adoption strategies
- Upsell/cross-sell motion and pipeline management (sales fundamentals)
- High-volume customer communication — 80% of time on calls is intensive reps training
- CRM and work management tool proficiency
Compensation signals: No salary is listed, which is a mild yellow flag at an established 1,000+ person company. The EUR-denominated benefits (utility allowance, fitness budget) suggest the role may be anchored to Eastern/Central European pay scales. Comparable ADM/CSM roles at SaaS firms of this size typically range €35,000–€55,000 annually in Europe; research Wrike's Glassdoor data before negotiating.
Green flags: Wrike is a mature, established SaaS platform (not a seed-stage startup), which means structured processes, a real onboarding program, and genuine career pathways into Senior ADM, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager roles. The "Engagement Team" model suggests specialization and growth.
Red flag to watch: The mandatory 16:30–01:00 shift is non-negotiable and can affect work-life balance depending on your location. Confirm whether this is a permanent shift or rotates before accepting.
Headquarters: Estonia - Remote
