Career & Market Insight

This Regional Educator role at Colgate-Palmolive's CP Skin Health division (PCA SKIN® and EltaMD® brands) is a strong move for licensed aestheticians or medical professionals looking to transition from clinical practice into corporate education and sales enablement.

Compensation context: At $75,000–$85,000/year plus bonus eligibility, this is competitive for a field educator role in the medical aesthetics industry, where similar positions typically range from $65,000–$90,000. The Colgate-Palmolive corporate umbrella adds stability and a robust benefits package rarely seen at smaller aesthetics brands.

Skills developed in this role:

  • Adult learning facilitation and instructional design (highly transferable)
  • Sales enablement and territory-level business development strategy
  • Cross-functional communication in a large corporate environment
  • Brand ambassador expertise for globally recognized skincare lines

Green flags: Backed by a Fortune 500 company with genuine career ladders; exposure to both clinical and business sides of the aesthetics industry; mentoring responsibilities signal growth potential toward a Sr. Educator or Education Director path.

Red flags to consider: This is a high-travel, high-accountability role with KPIs tied directly to sales growth — it requires significant personal flexibility including nights and weekends. It suits self-starters, but those seeking work-life boundaries may find the travel cadence demanding. No relocation assistance is offered.
