Career & Market Insight

Entry-Level to Mid-Level Support Role with Cross-Functional Exposure. With 1–3 years of experience required, this is well-suited for someone early in their customer-facing career who wants to grow into Customer Success, Product, or Revenue Operations. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering is a genuine differentiator at this level.

Skills You'll Build:

  • Bilingual (EN/ES) professional communication — increasingly valuable in SaaS targeting construction and trades markets
  • CRM tooling (Intercom, Roofr's own platform) — transferable to broader SaaS support or CS roles
  • Startup pace adaptability — frequent product launches sharpen product knowledge agility

Compensation Context: No salary range is disclosed, which is a mild red flag for transparency — though Roofr does explain their benchmarking methodology. Market rate for a bilingual support specialist at an early-stage SaaS company typically falls between $40K–$55K USD. The equity mention in the company overview suggests potential upside for early joiners.

Culture Signals: Roofr demonstrates several green flags — mandatory first-week PTO signals they respect burnout, monthly "laundry day" Fridays show genuine PTO culture, and the holiday shutdown week is a strong work-life balance indicator. The remote-first model and learning/development budget suggest investment in employee growth.

Watch For: Holiday and weekend rotation coverage is required — factor this into your work-life balance assessment if weekends are important to you.

At Roofr, we're obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That's what makes Roofr's CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we're excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It's an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
