Senior CSM Role at Unite Us - $110K–$140K + Growth in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This is a senior individual contributor role in Customer Success — not a people manager position, but one that carries significant influence through cross-functional leadership, mentorship, and executive-level relationships. It's a strong career step for someone moving from mid-level CSM to a strategic, high-autonomy position.
Compensation context: The $110K–$140K base plus variable compensation is competitive for a senior CSM role in the health-tech/social-impact SaaS space, particularly in Florida. Comparable roles at enterprise SaaS companies in major metros often reach $130K–$160K, so this sits at the market midpoint — fair, though not top-of-market for candidates with deep enterprise experience.
Skills you'll develop:
- Executive stakeholder management and C-suite relationship building
- Complex account strategy, value realization frameworks, and QBR/EBR delivery
- Cross-functional influence without formal authority — a highly transferable skill
- Domain expertise in health-tech and social determinants of health (SDOH) — a growing sector
Green flags: Unite Us was founded in 2013 and has scaled nationally — it's a mission-driven company with real traction. The role offers high autonomy, mentorship responsibilities, and exposure to government, healthcare, and community-based organization clients — a unique and valuable portfolio.
Watch for: The 30% travel requirement is a real commitment. Also, "variable compensation" eligibility is mentioned but not quantified — candidates should ask about OTE (on-target earnings) during interviews to understand total comp potential.
