Sales Acceleration Analyst – GE Vernova | $92K–$154K in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
Foundational Role in a New Function: Joining a brand-new Sales Acceleration team at a large, recently spun-out company (GE Vernova spun from GE in 2024) is a significant career opportunity. You'll help define processes from scratch, which builds both strategic and executional credibility — rare at an enterprise of this size.
Compensation vs. Market: At $92,800–$154,700 annually (plus geographic differentials and a discretionary bonus), this range is competitive for a Sales Operations/Enablement role at the 2–4 year experience level. Mid-market benchmarks for similar roles typically fall between $85K–$130K, making the upper band here above average, particularly for a remote position.
Skills You'll Build:
- AI and automation tooling for sales workflows — a rapidly in-demand skill set
- Lean/Kaizen process improvement methodologies applicable across industries
- Cross-functional stakeholder management at an enterprise scale
- Revenue intelligence tools (intent data, account intelligence platforms)
- Data-driven program governance and dashboard creation
Culture Signals: GE Vernova is in an active transformation phase — energetic and mission-driven, but also carrying the complexity of a large legacy organization. Expect structured processes alongside ambiguity as the new function finds its footing. The role description's emphasis on "bias for action" and "navigating ambiguity" signals they want self-starters, not passengers.
Green Flags: Clear success metrics, strong benefits, explicit remote policy, and meaningful ownership in a new function. Watch for: No relocation assistance and a drug screening requirement suggest a fairly traditional HR posture for an otherwise modern role.

- Assist in gathering, organizing, and centralizing data needed to support continuous improvement and program governance.
- Help facilitate voice-of-sales feedback loops and capture seller pain points to inform prioritization of improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation of dashboards, reporting, and program tracking to measure impact and progress.
- Contribute to strategic account support efforts, including account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, and proactive pipeline development.
Qualifications

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and process documentation.
- Interest in automation, AI, workflow design, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with lean principles, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes
