Implementation PM Role – AI Tools & U.S. Client Exposure in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
Early-career PM with an AI-native twist: This role is specifically designed for 1–2 year PMs who are hands-on builders, not just roadmap strategists. It's a rare and valuable niche — implementation-embedded product management is a growing discipline as AI product deployment accelerates.
Skills you'll develop:
- AI agent architecture and prompt engineering in production contexts
- Forward-deployed / solutions PM methodology — one of the hottest career tracks in enterprise SaaS
- Cross-functional stakeholder management (CMO, CTO, CIO-level client exposure)
- Workflow systematization and requirements translation — foundational PM skills at high velocity
Compensation context: No salary range is disclosed, but Truelogic emphasizes "highly competitive USD pay" above market. For an early-career PM in LATAM, USD-denominated salaries in the $40,000–$70,000/year range are common for nearshore roles — representing a significant premium over local market rates.
Green flags:
- Exposure to U.S. enterprise clients (Fortune 500) early in your career is a strong resume accelerator
- AI-native tooling experience (Claude Code, agent frameworks) is a differentiator in 2025's job market
- Results-oriented autonomy culture signals low micromanagement
Watch for: The role sits within implementation pods, meaning you may be context-switching across multiple client deployments simultaneously. This is excellent for breadth of experience but can be intense for those who prefer deep, single-product focus. The emphasis on "can create structure where none exists" suggests the role is still being defined — good for ownership-minded PMs, challenging for those needing clear process.

Job Summary
Embedded in implementation pods to turn client and internal needs into clear product requirements, bridging product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout. This role helps define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations.
- Workflow Definition: Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
- Prototyping: Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly.
- Delivery Alignment: Partner with Technical Account Managers to keep implementations moving and work closely with implementation engineers to refine solutions in-market.
- Product Feedback Loop: Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the core product.
- Documentation: Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes as the team learns.
- Deployment Support: Support discovery, solution design, and handoff across multiple deployments.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Product-minded but highly executional; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong systems thinker with sharp workflow intuition — curious, technical, and hands-on with modern AI tools.
- Able to move seamlessly between client context, product thinking, and delivery realities.
- Experience level: Early career; approximately 1–2 years in an actual product management role (title must reflect genuine PM work, not project management relabeled).
- AI nativeness: Must be able to prototype using AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, agent-building frameworks) and understand how agents are built and how data is passed between them.
- Hands-on / vibe coding: Comfortable building prototypes through prompting and lightweight coding tools; no formal engineering background required.
- Problem-solving orientation: Primary skill is translating client problems into software configuration solutions within a constrained product space.
- Client interaction readiness: Must be comfortable in workshops and cross-functional client sessions; does not need to lead the relationship.
- Can create structure where none exists.
- Strong judgment with incomplete information.
- High ownership and bias to action.
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- More likely to write the playbook than wait for one.
- Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles.
- Comfortable with prototyping, prompting, and workflow design.
- Likely from startup, SaaS, or technical services environments.
- Focused on builders and operators close to delivery, rather than pure roadmap PMs.
