Career & Market Insight

Career trajectory: This role is framed as a "first person in function" hire with an explicit path to Analytics Lead and potential team-building responsibilities. If you're a mid-level analyst looking to break into leadership, this is a rare greenfield opportunity — not a backfill position.

Skills developed: The role builds high-demand expertise in:

  • Mobile app marketing analytics (LTV modeling, cohort analysis, CAC/ROAS optimization)
  • Cross-platform data attribution (iOS, Android, web/PWA) — increasingly complex post-ATT
  • Tableau dashboard development and data storytelling
  • Experimental design (A/B testing, funnel analysis)

Market positioning: Data analysts with mobile app and growth marketing specialization are in high demand. Roles at this level in Eastern European tech product companies typically pay $2,500–$5,000/month depending on experience — no salary is disclosed here, which is a minor red flag for candidate experience.

Culture signals: KMA exhibits strong growth-stage startup signals — 3x YoY growth, 100M+ users, AI-first positioning. The stat that "80%+ of leads were career switchers 2–3 years ago" suggests a meritocratic, action-oriented culture that values execution over tenure.

Green flags: Dedicated data engineering team (so analysts aren't stuck debugging pipelines), generous 40-day PTO, and existing analytics infrastructure. Yellow flag: No salary range disclosed; ask early in the process to avoid misalignment. The wartime context (Ukraine HQ) adds operational resilience considerations worth discussing.

Headquarters: Ukraine

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products, 100+ million users, and its own ecosystem of analytics, payment, and marketing tools.

KMA products are global leaders in utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These products hold top-1 positions on the App Store and serve communities of hundreds of millions of people.

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year over year — and we are looking for a Data Analyst who will help us scale even faster.

About the Role:
The Chillio team is looking for a Data Analyst who will take full ownership of analytics development and scaling, with the potential to grow into an Analytics Lead in the future.

In this role, you will build our data foundation from scratch, create powerful analytical pipelines, and transform data into clear, actionable insights that drive our decisions around growth, marketing, and product.

Chillio is a wellbeing platform that helps users build healthy habits, practice self-care, better understand their emotions, maintain focus, and achieve goals — in an easy, gamified way. Our product includes web (PWA), iOS, and Android applications, so cross-platform synchronization and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the full marketing analytics cycle — from raw data to decision-making

  • Build and scale data flows for effective marketing across all paid channels

  • Maintain marketing dashboards with detailed breakdowns by creatives and traffic sources to track and optimize LTV, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion

  • Develop and automate LTV models, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution across all channels

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize budget allocation, scaling strategies, and channel performance

  • Support and evaluate marketing experiments (creatives, funnels, audiences, A/B tests)

  • Ensure accurate attribution and data consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints

What We Expect From You:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role in web marketing or product analytics

  • Confident, hands-on SQL skills and experience working with large datasets

  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period)

  • Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting

  • Experience with Tableau for building dashboards and data visualization

Why This Is a Great Opportunity:

  • Full ownership and broad impact: This is a first-person-in-function role with real responsibility for the direction and the ability to shape the approach almost from scratch.

  • Team scaling potential: In the future, this position may grow into building your own analytics team and stepping into a Lead role.

  • Ready analytics infrastructure: The company already has the necessary foundation — tables, dashboards, and established processes — so you won't have to build everything from zero.

  • Focus on analytics, not technical maintenance: A dedicated KMA team handles data pipelines, so the analyst works as an internal client and business partner, not a debugger.

  • Startup agility with structure: The company combines the flexibility and speed of a startup with a mature, well-organized environment.

  • Direct impact on key business decisions: This role gives you the opportunity to directly influence company decisions through data, conclusions, and insights — not just prepare reports.

We Offer:

  1. Work format of your choice: Fully remote from anywhere in the free world, plus access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
  2. Conditions that let you focus on performance: Competitive compensation matching your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format or geography.
  3. Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were career switchers 2–3 years ago. Your impact here is defined not by years on a résumé — but by how fast you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
  4. Team activities: To support the mental health of our team, we offer online yoga sessions twice a week.
  5. Development & professional fulfillment: Internal English-language speaking clubs with a native speaker, opportunities to speak at internal and external events from Kiss My Apps, plus an annual budget covering up to 50% of professional conferences, educational events, and industry activities.
  6. Flexible additional benefits: A fixed annual budget for you to choose how to spend: 50% coverage of health insurance, psychotherapy, sports, or dental care. Plus 40 days of paid vacation and sick leave with no fixed date restrictions.
  7. Support during wartime: We ensure everyone has what they need for uninterrupted work, systematically support the Defense Forces, and participate in Ukraine recovery initiatives.

Important: There is an option for military deferral for conscription-eligible employees after the probationary period, subject to properly documented military registration records and internal company capacity, as determined in accordance with applicable law.
