Career & Market Insight

This Customer Evidence Marketing Program Lead role sits at a strategic intersection of customer marketing, advocacy, and data-driven storytelling — a highly valuable and growing niche in B2B SaaS. PointClickCare serves 30,000+ provider organizations, giving you access to an enormous customer base for building a compelling evidence portfolio.

Career development highlights:

  • You'll build expertise in customer advocacy, evidence-based marketing, and B2B content strategy — skills increasingly demanded as SaaS companies compete on proof of ROI.
  • Cross-functional influence without formal direct reports is a hallmark of senior IC or program lead roles — excellent for developing stakeholder management and organizational influence skills.
  • Working across two business units (Senior Care and Acute & Payer) broadens your exposure to complex healthcare market segments.

Compensation: No salary is listed, which is a mild yellow flag. For a program lead in customer/evidence marketing at a Canadian health-tech company of this size, market rates typically range from CAD $90,000–$130,000+ depending on experience. Push for transparency during screening.

Culture signals: PointClickCare is founder-led, privately held, and reinvests heavily in R&D — signs of a stable, growth-oriented company rather than a pre-IPO startup under pressure. Recognition from Forbes and Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures suggests genuine investment in employee experience.

Green flags: Day-1 benefits, flexible PTO, and strong parental/caregiver leave policies. Watch for: the lack of salary transparency and hybrid requirement may limit candidate pool, suggesting the company values in-person collaboration over pure flexibility.
