Campaign Ops Manager – Marketo & ABM Career Growth in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This Campaign Operations Manager role at Motive sits at the intersection of marketing technology, data operations, and campaign strategy — a high-demand skill set in B2B SaaS. With 5+ years required and deep Marketo/Salesforce expertise expected, this is a mid-to-senior IC position, not an entry-level role.
Compensation context: The $89K–$111K range is modestly below the US national median for senior marketing operations managers in B2B SaaS (typically $110K–$135K at similar company sizes), but Motive's RSU component and benefits package can meaningfully supplement base pay.
Skills you'll develop:
- Advanced ABM and lifecycle marketing campaign execution — among the most sought-after B2B marketing skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise MarTech stacks (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense) that are highly transferable
- Cross-functional stakeholder management at scale (sales, product marketing, channel)
- AI-assisted automation tooling — a rapidly growing competency
Culture signals: Motive serves ~100,000 customers across asset-heavy industries, indicating a growth-stage company with significant operational complexity. The IC framing and emphasis on self-motivation suggest a lean team where you'll have meaningful ownership.
Green flags: Broad tool exposure, clear KPI ownership, and process documentation responsibility all signal strong resume-building potential. Watch for: Non-compete clauses apply in most US states — review carefully before signing if you anticipate career moves within 1–2 years.
