Strong Mid-Career Role at a High-Growth Cybersecurity Leader

Zscaler is a publicly traded, enterprise-grade cybersecurity company (NASDAQ: ZS) with a strong market position in Zero Trust and cloud security — a sector seeing sustained investment. Joining the Customer Success Business Operations team puts you at the intersection of revenue retention and operational scale, a high-visibility function in SaaS companies.

Compensation: The $108,500–$155,000 base range is competitive for a Business Operations Manager in the US tech sector, where market rates typically range from $100,000–$145,000. The upper end suggests room for senior individual contributors. Equity and bonuses are referenced but excluded from the stated range — important to clarify during negotiations.

  • KPI design and dashboard development — in-demand in RevOps and CS Operations
  • AI/automation integration for operational workflows — increasingly valued across industries
  • Executive-level business review facilitation (QBR, AOP) — C-suite exposure
