Career & Market Insight

Compensation vs. Market Rates: The $128K–$206K range is competitive for a Senior Manager in pricing/yield at a publicly traded health-tech company. Industry benchmarks for similar roles at Doximity's size and stage typically range from $130K–$185K base, so the upper end reflects equity and bonus loading. Total comp including equity could push significantly higher for strong performers.

High-Demand Skill Set: Expertise in biddable auction environments and programmatic yield management is increasingly rare and valuable — particularly as more healthcare and B2B SaaS companies move toward auction-based monetization. Building this capability from day 1 at Doximity gives you a distinctive portfolio asset.

Career Development Signals:

  • Green flag: Ownership from day 1 on a new biddable auction system — high visibility, high impact
  • Green flag: Cross-functional exposure to sales, product, and finance builds leadership breadth
  • Green flag: Doximity is profitable, publicly traded (NYSE: DOCS), and mission-driven — lower volatility than early-stage startups
  • Watch for: The role spans both operational execution and strategic development — confirm resourcing and team size to avoid overextension

Work-Life Balance: Flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and wellness resources signal a mature, employee-aware culture. Doximity has consistently ranked well on workplace culture surveys. For a senior manager role, expect demanding periods tied to product launches or auction rollouts, balanced by structural flexibility.

This is an excellent role for a pricing professional ready to move from pure optimization to building foundational monetization infrastructure at scale.
