About The Role
As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Leadership experience, ideally in a retail or customer service environment
- Leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service
- The ability to motivate and inspire a small team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results
