Career & Market Insight

This is a senior individual-contributor PM role with people leadership responsibilities (mentoring a team of PMs), positioned within Twilio's infrastructure backbone — the Super Network — which underpins all of Twilio's communication products globally. That's a high-visibility, strategically critical domain.

Compensation check: The €46,560–€58,200 base range is on the lower end for a senior PM role by Western European standards, but competitive for Estonia, where senior PM salaries typically range €40,000–€70,000. If you're relocating from a higher-cost market, calibrate expectations accordingly.

Skills developed in this role:

  • Telecom/CPaaS infrastructure product strategy — a niche, high-demand skill set
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and C-suite communication
  • Data & analytics product leadership within a global platform business
  • Cross-functional alignment across GTM, engineering, and partnership teams

Green flags: Twilio is a publicly traded, established tech company with a strong engineering culture and genuine remote-first commitment. The role spans business development, data strategy, and product execution — rare breadth for a PM position.

Watch-outs: The phrase "highly volatile environment" in the responsibilities suggests this team navigates significant external uncertainty (telecom supplier dynamics, regulatory shifts). Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities. The 3+ year minimum experience requirement positions this as a mid-to-senior PM level role.
