- Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) with Power Automate and Alteryx
- Cross-platform Salesforce integrations (Gainsight, Gong, Workday, and more)
- DevOps in Salesforce environments (Copado, AutoRabit)
- Mentorship and technical leadership at a senior/staff level

Benefits from Day 1 and flexible PTO are green flags for work-life balance.
Green flags: Dedicated time for certifications, AI-first culture, and meaningful healthcare impact. Watch for: The role blends engineering, QA, documentation, and mentorship — ensure scope is well-defined to avoid scope creep.
