Associate Account Director - SaaS Growth & Renewals in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This Associate Account Director role sits at the intersection of customer success and sales — a high-growth skill set in SaaS. Managing GRR (Gross Revenue Retention) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention) targets gives you direct ownership of revenue metrics, which looks strong on a resume and accelerates a path toward senior Account Director or VP of Customer Success roles.
Compensation: No salary range is listed, which is a mild yellow flag — especially for a role with quota-carrying responsibility. Market benchmarks for Associate Account Directors in SMB SaaS typically range from $70K–$100K base with variable compensation tied to NRR. Equity is included, which adds upside given AudioEye's mission-driven, growth-stage positioning.
Skills You'll Build:
- High-velocity pipeline management and CRM hygiene — transferable across any SaaS company
- Renewal and upsell negotiation at scale — valuable in any B2B environment
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Service teams
- Digital accessibility domain expertise — a niche but fast-growing compliance market (ADA, WCAG)
Culture Signals: AudioEye's values list ("Grit," "Act Now & Iterate," "Expect and Embrace Change") signals a fast-moving, execution-oriented startup culture. The 15.5 paid holidays and flexible PTO are genuine work-life balance green flags. Overall, this is a solid growth role for someone 1–4 years into SaaS account management who wants quota ownership and a mission-driven environment.
