Career & Market Insight

Compensation Reality Check: The $115,000 minimum (base + bonus inclusive) sits at or slightly below mid-market for a Senior Marketing Manager with ABM and field marketing specialization. Glassdoor and LinkedIn benchmarks place Senior Marketing Managers in the US at $120,000–$160,000 total comp; this floor suggests room to negotiate upward based on experience.

Skills You'll Build: This role is a strong accelerator for high-demand B2B marketing skills:

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — one of the most sought-after enterprise marketing competencies
  • Field & Event Marketing — executive programs, roundtables, and activations increasingly valued post-COVID
  • AI-assisted marketing workflows — explicitly encouraged, future-proofing your skill set
  • Salesforce + HubSpot mastery — CRM/MAP proficiency is table stakes for senior roles; reinforcing it here adds credibility

Culture Signals: TeamSnap reads as a growth-stage tech company (not early startup, not large enterprise) with a strong remote culture DNA. The "big ideas, tiny egos" ethos and "culture add" framing suggest psychological safety and collaborative norms — green flags for autonomy-seekers.

Green Flags: Genuine remote-first history, unlimited PTO, full family health coverage, and a $1,500 L&D stipend signal real investment in employees.

Watch Out For: The role spans strategy and execution with cross-functional ownership across Sales, PR, RevOps, and agencies — a broad scope that could mean under-resourcing. Clarify team size and budget ownership in interviews.

About Us

At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports, the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us, and our bosses should inspire us. We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine's list of "Best Places to Work" and Built In's "100 Best Remote-First Places to Work."

TeamSnap for Brands is our advertising and sponsorship business. We partner with national brands like Tide, Marriott, and Nestle to help them reach the millions of families, coaches, and fans across youth sports.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing programs for TeamSnap for Brands. You will turn business priorities into coordinated campaigns tailored to our highest-value audiences, using account-based strategies and channels like field events, executive programs, email, and virtual panels. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and PR, you will build programs that strengthen TeamSnap's position in the market and directly contribute to pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop the market-facing narratives that resonate with priority audiences and give TeamSnap a stronger voice in the industry.
  • Own the field marketing program from strategy through execution, including industry events, executive dinners, roundtables, activations, and speaking opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales to define target accounts and develop account-based marketing programs that drive engagement and create opportunities.
  • Partner with our PR team to generate earned media and industry visibility around compelling campaign stories and unique perspectives.
  • Develop webinars and email programs that extend the reach of our campaigns.
  • Select and manage agency and media partners that support campaign execution.
  • Work within Salesforce and HubSpot to manage audiences, support lead flow, and maintain accurate reporting in partnership with RevOps.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • You've run brand or field programs that drove pipeline and resonated in market, and you can show the numbers behind them.
  • You have partnered closely with enterprise sales teams on ABM programs, target account strategies, or coordinated account outreach.
  • You are comfortable with and excited about using AI to build repeatable systems, improve workflows, and create high-quality work more efficiently.
  • You have managed live events and understand the details required to deliver a polished experience.
  • You are comfortable working directly in CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • You understand email campaign development, segmentation, nurture strategy, and performance measurement.
  • You are highly organized, comfortable managing several programs at once, and able to move between strategy and execution.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with sponsorships, industry media partnerships, or planning executive-level dinners or roundtables.

Compensation

We're committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $115,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
