Career & Market Insight

This is a senior people-manager role at a fast-scaling, award-winning adtech company — a meaningful step on the path toward VP-level analytics or data strategy leadership. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Data & Analytics signals strong visibility and influence over global strategy.

Compensation benchmarking: The £114K–£158K base band is above UK market median for senior analytics managers in adtech (typically £90K–£120K). Add potential bonuses, commissions, and equity, and total comp could approach £180K+, placing this firmly in the top quartile for the role level in London.

Skills you'll develop:

  • Executive-level measurement consulting and C-suite communication
  • Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing — both highly in demand as third-party cookie deprecation reshapes digital measurement
  • Cross-regional P&L and GTM strategy experience spanning EMEA markets
  • AI and automation integration into analytics workflows — a future-proof skill set

Green flags: StackAdapt has consistent "Great Place to Work" recognition, a remote-first culture, strong L&D investment (courses, certifications, conferences), and robust parental leave. The role offers a rare combination of strategic influence and hands-on client work.

Watch for: The dual nature of this role — people manager and hands-on client work — can create bandwidth pressure. Candidates should probe in interviews how the balance is managed and what team size they'll inherit. The role also explicitly excludes data engineering ownership, which is a healthy boundary-setting signal.
