Career & Market Insight

This is a senior-level individual contributor role covering both Salesforce development and HubSpot administration — a dual-platform scope that is increasingly common as organizations consolidate their CRM and marketing automation stacks. Candidates who can bridge both platforms are relatively rare and command a premium in the job market.

Skills developed & market demand:

  • Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC): Core Salesforce dev skills in high demand; Salesforce developers consistently rank among the highest-paid in the CRM space ($90k–$140k globally).
  • Salesforce CPQ & Experience Cloud: Specialty modules that expand your marketability beyond core Sales Cloud roles.
  • HubSpot + Salesforce integration: A niche but growing skill as companies run both platforms simultaneously.
  • AI/automation in CRM: Explicit mention of Salesforce Einstein and emerging AI features positions you for the next wave of CRM modernization.

Culture signals: The Agile/Scrum emphasis, code reviews, and documentation requirements suggest a structured engineering culture rather than a chaotic startup. RSA is an established cybersecurity/software company, indicating stability over hyper-growth equity risk.

Green flags: Global remote policy, dual-platform scope broadens career optionality, and the role touches architecture, development, and administration — good for well-rounded growth.

Watch out for: No salary disclosed and no explicit mention of professional development budget or certifications support — worth asking about in interviews, as Salesforce certifications ($200–400 each) are a tangible career asset.
