Career & Market Insight

This Revenue Operations / GTM Systems Engineer role sits at the intersection of CRM administration, RevTech, and data governance — a skillset in very high demand as B2B SaaS companies invest heavily in go-to-market efficiency. The 5–8 years of experience requirement and the breadth of tools (Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Salesforce) position this as a mid-to-senior individual contributor role.

Compensation: MXN 457,200–600,000/year (≈ USD $27,000–$35,000) is competitive for Mexico's market but below US/Canada benchmarks for equivalent RevOps roles ($90,000–$130,000 USD). If you're based in Mexico, this is a solid market-rate offer from a well-funded SaaS company with recognized industry credentials.

Skills you'll develop:

  • Advanced Salesforce administration (flows, permissioning, object modeling)
  • Cross-system API integrations and data governance
  • Revenue intelligence platforms (Gong, Clari) — highly transferable skills
  • Lead routing architecture and ABM tooling

Green flags: Varicent is a recognized SPM market leader (Forrester, Gartner), suggesting stability and scale. Clear 90-day onboarding milestones signal an organized team. Fully remote with documented async tools indicates a mature remote culture.

Yellow flags: The role touches many systems but lacks a defined team size or reporting structure — clarify whether you'll have support or be a team of one. The EST timezone requirement narrows work-life flexibility for candidates outside the Americas.
