ePrint Account Specialist at Staples - Grow B2B Sales in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This role sits at the intersection of B2B sales, account management, and digital print technology — a niche but growing segment as businesses increasingly invest in customized print communications and digital storefronts.
Compensation: No salary is listed, but similar Digital Print or ePrint Account Specialist roles in Canada typically range from CAD $50,000–$75,000 base, with performance bonuses on top. Staples Canada is a large enterprise, so compensation is likely mid-market with solid benefits.
Skills you'll develop:
- B2B consultative selling and client retention strategies
- Print production knowledge (colour theory, file management, vendor quoting)
- Cross-functional collaboration with ops, sales, and product teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office in a business context
Career trajectory: This role is a strong stepping stone toward Senior Account Manager, Print Solutions Manager, or even Program Manager (ePrint) roles. The dual sales + account management scope builds a well-rounded commercial skill set.
Green flags: Remote work environment, established brand with structured L&D programs, and exposure to both new business development and retention — rare in a single role.
Yellow flags: The print industry faces secular headwinds from digital-first communication trends. Candidates should assess Staples' ePrint growth trajectory and whether the company is investing meaningfully in this product line. The lack of a posted salary is also worth clarifying early in the process.
