Senior ABP at Stripe - Grow Into Executive Operations in Columbus
Career & Market Insight
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role at one of the most prominent fintech companies in the world. Supporting Stripe's most senior leaders gives you direct exposure to executive decision-making, strategic priorities, and cross-functional operations — experience that is invaluable for career growth in executive administration or chief-of-staff tracks.
Compensation context: While no salary is listed, Senior/Lead ABP roles at Stripe typically range from $90,000–$140,000 USD annually based on market data for comparable positions at large tech firms in the US. The 7+ year requirement places this firmly at a senior individual contributor level.
Skills you'll develop:
- Executive-level stakeholder management across multiple business units
- Operational program ownership within a global team
- Navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
- Cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders in finance, product, and engineering
Green flags: Stripe's ABP program is structured and global, suggesting strong internal support and career pathing. The "coverage" model exposes you to multiple business areas — a rare breadth of experience.
Yellow flags: The temporary/coverage nature of the role means assignments shift frequently, which can limit depth. The lack of listed benefits or compensation may indicate this is a contract or interim position — clarify employment type before applying.
