Job Description: The Design Verification Team Lead is responsible for leading the verification efforts of complex digital and mixed-signal designs, ensuring they meet all functional and performance requirements. In this role, you will manage a team of verification engineers, develop and review verification plans, and collaborate closely with design and architecture teams. Key responsibilities include team management, verification planning, execution of functional and formal verification tasks, effective communication with customers and internal teams, quality assurance, problem solving, documentation, and promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: Extensive experience in design verification, including team and/or project leadership roles. Skills: Proficiency in verification languages (SystemVerilog, UVM), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of mixed-signal ASIC architectures, real number modelling, constrained random testing, assertions, gate-level simulations, functional/code coverage, and formal verification techniques.
