As a Partner Specialist Manager at HubSpot, you will lead a team crucial to the growth of our Solutions Partner Ecosystem. You will coach and develop Partner Specialists who not only acquire new partners but also set them up for long-term success.

Your team's responsibilities will be twofold:

  1. Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and guide high-quality prospective partners through a consultative sales process, building a strong pipeline and executing strategies to acquire the right partners at the right time.
  2. Early Partner Success: Stay engaged with new partners post-sale, collaborating with internal teams to ensure they successfully sell and service their first HubSpot clients and build a foundation for long-term growth.

You will hire, develop, and coach a team foundational to our entire partner program, leading strategic thinkers who both close deals and build lasting partnerships.

In this role as Sales Manager, Partner Specialists you’ll get to:

  • Lead a remarkable sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Directly manage and develop partner specialists to acquire and activate new partners for HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program.
  • Organize weekly training sessions for collaborative upskilling in sales.
  • Attract and develop top talent through best-in-class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the Americas (US, Canada, Latin America) to grow the business and remove barriers.
  • Refine and develop playbooks to help teams acquire and activate new partners.
  • Work closely with sales, sales operations, customer success, and partner operations, including cross-regional collaboration with EMEA, Americas, and JAPAC.
  • Create a culture of high performance where everyone feels valued.

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Have led sales or channel teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Possess a deep understanding of partner and channel programs.
  • Have experience with change management and guiding teams through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills with a track record of hiring and developing successful teams.
  • Have led a consultative sales process with the ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
  • Exhibit superior coaching skills and the ability to use various techniques to improve results.
  • Have experience fostering an inclusive team environment that builds trust and empowerment.

Cash compensation range: 190000-265000 USD Annually

Pay & Benefits: The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets. Some roles are eligible for HubSpot’s equity plan and overtime pay.
