As a Solutions Architect on the SaaS Operations team, you will work directly with ezCater enterprise prospects and customers to customize and design technical solutions that meet their specific food for work needs. You will support the Enterprise Sales team by translating our technical capabilities to meet customer challenges, collaborate with Product and Technology teams to inform roadmap enhancements, and engage with potential technology partners to explore integration opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Sales Team to customize technical solutions for Enterprise customers.
• Identify prospect pain points and design solutions using the ezCater platform.
• Understand current technology capabilities and translate them into actionable customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to identify opportunities and help define product roadmaps.
• Work with Marketing to develop materials that communicate our technical strengths.
• Support the Product and Sales Teams in cultivating commercial relationships with new technology partners.
• Identify industry trending technology partners and build strategic partnerships.
• Travel for partner on-site meetings and trade shows as needed.

What You Have:
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Management, or 10+ years in a related field.
– 5+ years of hands-on experience in technology and relationship management.
– Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
– Strong understanding of how technology relates to business objectives.
– Proven experience with technology solutions and integrations.
– Exceptional communication skills for consulting with customers and partners.
– Capability to build strong relationships across IT, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales teams.
– Extensive curiosity and creativity to solve complex challenges.
– Operational insight into technical integrations and innovative solution design.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $138,000 - $186,000 per year.
