Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager (Japan), you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies in the Japanese market. You will work closely with global marketing, product BD, and community teams to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and ecosystem growth. This role requires someone who deeply understands both Web3.0 and the Japanese market.


Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Strategy: Develop and execute Japan market GTM strategies aligned with local market objectives. Analyze local market trends, competitors, and user behavior in the Web3.0 space. Identify growth opportunities in DeFi, Web3 application, and DeSocial.

2. Brand & Campaign: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns online and offline. Localize global brand messaging for Japanese audiences. Own campaign performance tracking and ROI analysis.

3. Community & Ecosystem: Build and promote the growth of the Japanese Web3.0 community (Telegram, X, Discord, etc.). Work with KOLs, media, and partners in Japan's crypto or Web3 ecosystem. Support local events, meetups, conferences, and hackathons.

4. Content & Communication: Lead Japanese content strategy across social media, blogs, PR, and newsletters. Ensure high-quality Japanese & English communication. Collaborate with the global team on cross-market campaigns.


Requirements

1. Must-have

1+ years of Japanese marketing experience (local or international company)

Experience in Web3.0/crypto/blockchain industry

Native-level Japanese speaking and business-level English (spoken and written)

Community building and KOL cooperation

Working in international teams.

2. Strong Plus

Hands-on experience in one or more of: DeFi, GameFi, DeSocial

Familiar with Japan's crypto regulations and market environment
