Universal Mobile Grip, NATO Mount / Grip with Wireless Shutter

$50
The Moment Universal Mobile Grip is the Swiss Army Knife of rig handles - lightweight, strong, adjustable, and affordable. These grips feature vertical adjustment (up and down), and 360° angle adjustment (full tilt rotation), so you can mount it as a side or top handle. The grips include a rubber pad to make holding your rig easier and a cold shoe top mount for adding a mini light or mic to your setup. These grips will connect to any cage with 3/8”-16 female threads at standard 9mm hole distances, enabling them to attach to any cage that relies on this open standard. Each handle has the option to add a wireless shutter module. Simply pair the shutter to your phone via bluetooth and you have the ability to press record or snap photos without taking your hand off the grip or touching your phones screen.

Moment Universal Mobile Grip, NATO Mount + Wireless Shutter — A Solo-Operator Tool for Client Video

The gist: A rig handle with a Bluetooth wireless shutter and a NATO quick-release mount, built for solo videographers who need to start and stop recording without breaking a shot to reach the screen.

  • Hands-free triggering: the Bluetooth shutter module lets you record or shoot stills while both hands stay on the grip, useful for stabilized one-person client shoots.
  • Fast rail changes: the NATO quick-release mount swaps onto compatible rigs faster than unscrewing a threaded mount, saving setup time on paid shoots.
  • Built to carry accessories: a machined alloy body rated for about 4 lbs of carry force, enough for a small light or mic riding on the cold shoe mount.
  • Mount compatibility matters: NATO rail isn't interchangeable with the more common 3/8"-16 threaded mount, so it only helps if your existing rig uses NATO.

B&H Photo lists the Moment Universal Mobile Grip with wireless shutter and NATO mount as a standard rig accessory, confirming the spec sheet matches Moment's official product.

Best for: solo freelance videographers on a NATO-rail rig who need hands-free shutter control during client shoots. Skip it if: your rig uses 3/8"-16 threads — this mount style won't fit without an adapter. Runs ~$50 — check the current price before buying.
