Payment

The compensation is 30% higher that the average companies for teaching English online. Base rate of $9-11 USD per class + $1 USD per class by arriving to class 3-10 minutes prior to the lesson + $1 USD bonus per class in peak time. Each class is 25 minutes, so how much per hour? That depends on your passion for teaching.

Expectation during the class

Professionalism: don't eat, or use the phone during the class, and the fact that you are teaching from home doesn't mean that you can teach from your bed

Classroom management: enter the class ahead of time and check the timer in order to cover all slides

Working Hours

You choose the time you want to work, the classes are from 9a.m. to 9p.m., just keep in mind that the hours are Beijing time, which usually is 12 hours difference with USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other teaching certificate preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have ESL Certification

Availability

Classes are available from:

• Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM BJT
• Saturdays - Sundays 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM BJT

Job Requirements:

• Must be a native speaker from the United States or Canada.
• We require a 6-month minimum commitment from our applicants.
• Teaching experience is required.
