Cloud Storage Tools
GOOGLE DRIVE:
This tool is very known for the majority of the people, but some of us unknown some useful functions. We can write in uncountable files, excel documents and PowerPoint presentations. Also, it has great storage capacity and if you need more so you can pay for more I think it’s not too expensive. You don’t have to worry about a sudden computer shutdown and lost work—your work is automatically saved as you type!
DROPBOX:
Travelers know how important it has a good backup. This is great because you don’t have to download software and it is an easy way to share documents, files even pictures in order to not saturate your email. The only thing I don’t like is the free cloud storage is very short.
COMMUNICATIONS TOOLS
TRELLO:
It is a great tool for communication. This application allows you to organize better your teamwork. With this tool, all your group will be connected and help you to develop the projects without the old tools cause this one has templates excel and graphics.
SLACK:
Slack integrates with a lot of other best tools for freelancers shared on this list, like Google Drive, Trello, and Asana. With SLACK you are going to be able to connect all your teams in the progress and in the development projects long-term.
ZOOM:
This is one of my favorites. I am an online teacher and this application helps me a lot in all my classes, make my sessions more interactive since it allows the teacher and student can make notes on the screen and make lines, arrows or even highlight the correct answer give more opinions. In some countries, the free trial only allows 40 mins for each meeting, but automatic you can start a new meeting or maybe you prefer to pay for the premium and get more interesting benefits.
PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS
HARVEST:
This tool is very useful for people as me persons who are a little bit relax and honestly I am not too organize person especially with the time. HARVEST helps you organizing your tasks and the time you spend the time in each of them. We can get one month for free and maybe use it in organizing the trips, especially for those who really like to follow a strict schedule.
ASANA:
This tool is very nice because I feel with this one we can start to develop the dream that we had been postponing and postponing. From this digital platform, you start to develop your ideas, tasks, and your project becomes tangibly real. Through this digital tool provides us training and empowerment that is very helpful for all of us, especially for all of us who are chasing a dream.
